My polo 9n3 black 2007 got 52250 on car but as shown undernieth and in thread engine was built about 8000 miles ago.

Last service in service book was 3000 miles ago by vw specialist. I changed plugs, oil and gearbox oil a few hundred miles ago but to keep up with book when you get the oil cooler fitted you could get it miner service.

Engine
Fully rebuilt by JNL Racing and covered about 8000 miles.
Custom mapping by Bill @ Badger 5 running 389 BHP.

Head - BAM
New stem seals & guides.
Full Supertech Valve train.
Ported head.
VVT gasket replaced. New rocker cover gasket. New VW head bolts and head gasket.
New NGK coils(full spare set in boot)
NGK plugs.
Genesis 550cc injectors

Block
All new gaskets and seals from VW.
New rod and mains bearings.
Wossner 82.5mm pistons with new rings.
Scat Rods using ARP bolts.
ARP Mains bolts.
INA baffled sump.
JabbaSport manifold.
Brand new Turbo Dynamics MDX 555 400 turbo (only covered around 5000 miles). Came with 2 years warranty so covered till August 2014.
All new braided oil and water lines.
Custom 2.5” Pipewerks downpipe and sports cat.
Milltek cat back system.
Custom intercooler kit using Toyosports large front mount and 63mm piping and various Samco joiners.
Custom turbo inlet using 80MM MAF.
80mm JR filter.
Forge blow off valve.
SAI, N249 & N112 deleted and mapped out.
Various parts of the engine have been powder coated in grey or black and other metal parts painted in silver.
Samco coolant hoses.
Header tank removed and custom inline filler put in.
Fidanza 228mm flywheel.
VR6 Spec stage 3+ clutch.
DA31 external fuel pump using Badger 5 stainless steel push fit connections.
Also a 19 row mocal oil cooler ready to be fitted buy new buyer

Interior
Full retrim done in Jan/Feb 2012 by Michael @ MJ Interiors.
Half leather (Napa leather) (Warm Charcoal) with red stitching and MK6 Golf/Polo 6R GTI cloth center. Leather door panels with red stitching.
Front seats are Corsa VXR Recaro. Airbags all wired up.
Rears are Polo GTI using Golf MK5 GTI rear headrests.
Golf Mk5 Edition 30 gear knob and steering wheel.
About £3000-£3500 all in all in interior including the sound proof
LED interior lights throughout.
NewSouth boost gauge fitted in drivers air vent.
Genuine VW Polo arm rest wrapped in Nappa leather. This is only available in China.
Cruise control.
New carpeted boot floor.
Sound proofed baring both front doors and roof. sound proof for front doors included £600 worth.
Head unit will be standard due to lowering the price

Smoothed and wire tucked in engine bay.
Gloss B pillars.
Driver’s door de-locked.
Boot handle de-locked.
GTI logo on boot removed.
Rear wiper delete.
Honey comb bumper grills.

Rear Whiteline antiroll bar.
Track rod arms and ball joints replaced about 5000 miles ago.
Seat rear wishbone bushes.

Wheels
7.5x17 custom BBS RX
195-40-17 Continental tyres.


Brakes
Front – Tarox 6pot B32-6 callipers, Corsa pads and Tarox 2 piece 305mm F2000 discs. Front also has braided hoses made by Think Automotive.
Rear – Golf MK4 Anniversary calipers and carriers with 256mm vented discs. Std VW pads

real eye turner and a real fun car to drive quite a bit of art the work done.

got a book full of reciepts totting up to stupid money for pretty much all things bought.

1 little inssue with my hid lights just started but should be sorted before pick up think its the earth that runs off as its just started since my kw variant 3 coilovers have been fitted and this they were earthed to them

8500 ono no p.exchange due to situation will have to be trailerd due to being sorned
