This is my wife’s Polo that she has had from new, unfortunately it has to go due to a growing family and us buying a new Touran. An ideal car for a learner, new or young driver.
The car is in excellent condition inside and out, and mechanically perfect covering a mere 8k miles in our 1.5years ownership. The car was bought from Western VW in Edinburgh, with it recently being serviced at Specialist Cars Kirkcaldy. Still under VW warranty until Sep2015.
Standard spec includes remote central locking and alarm from the flip key, electric windows all round, electric mirrors, RCD310 CD stereo with aux in cable and VW handsfree phone unit.
In addition to the standard spec a leather trimmed multifunction steering wheel, gearstick and handbrake gaitor was also included as an option.
Additional modifications to enhance the look of the car include;
17” VW Alloy wheels
35/55mm H&R lowering springs
Model and engine badges removed from the rear
Audi A1 Exhaust tip
Stubby arial
Standard wheels and suspension is included and are in near new/unmarked condition. These can be included with the car or replaced to put the car back to standard.
Private reg will be removed prior to sale, with the original 62 plate being reassigned. Both keys as well as the v5 are present.
As mentioned, we are buying a new Touran and have been offered a trade in price for the Polo however I’d prefer to sell privately if possible. We have finance on the car through VW Finance, once a deal is agreed with a buyer, I will clear the finance before the sale goes ahead.
