Yours has the black pack does it?

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
Yes black roof pack. They added the black mirror caps to the pack recently, when I first ordered way back it was only the roof, so that’s one positive about the huge lead time, saved me getting them wrapped.
Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
That black roof looks great on the car, glad I picked that option too

Black pack wasn't and still isn't an option in the Rep of Ireland. For £50 it really is a no brainer....hopefully I can pick up the mirror caps but no way they'll come in for that price, never mind getting roof painted.

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
The roof in the black roof pack is described as a gloss black roof decal, so it’s a vinyl wrap rather than the roof being painted black. Even so, £50 for a vinyl roof wrap and black mirror caps is still very good value for money.

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
C'mon guys... since you giving info on the mods, give some more precise specs on the mods you do, please.
Snowdude,
Lowered? Good! By how much?
18 inch MAK Wolff? Looks great! What is the ET and the width of the rims?
That info will really be more helpful, especially for someone who will want to see what their car might look like if they do a specific mod without starting a new topic what width spacers must he use... He can always be referred back to this post.

Looks great S_94. Shame the dealer didn’t take the part number sticker off the driver’s sill scuff plate .

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
What build week was yours S_94?
Can you confirm what tyres you got? Our BW13 second GTI+ is coming a week on Weds. Costco's Michelin offer extends into next week, so I'll have to buy the PS4s before I can confirm what tyres it will come on.
Sod's law would dictate that I buy them and VW have recently decided not to put Bridgestone Turanzas on GTIs with Brescias any more!
Looking good - same as our 2nd one (Pure white GTI+ with Brescias) except we didn't opt for the black roof decal and it will have deep iron dash inserts (my Red one has a Velvet Red dash).

Unfortunately, Bridgestones. I was really hoping they'd come with something else but expected it considering all of the other GTIs have been the same. I'll definitely be ordering the PS4s in the next day or two. I did put my foot down on a dual carriageway in Sport mode and I'm sure the front wheels did spin a bit (my dealer told me they would). I've got wheel cover as part of my service plan but I'm guessing if I switch them the cover won't apply?
From what I've seen the Iron Dash looks really nice. Hopefully it will be with you soon.

Re: Polo AW Photo Gallery
S_94:built 2 or 3 weeks earlier than mine (don't know if it was built a week sharper than planned BW13).
To compare Turanza to PS4:-
Turanza: heavy tramping of the front wheels with more than 40% throttle (30% wet) in 1st from a standstill and throughout 1st rev range once moving.
Spins/tramps with 60% throttle (40% wet) in 2nd to 4000revs.
Potential to light up traction control in 3rd when you floor it below 3000 revs.
Chance of the back end kicking out hard when giving it 2/3 throttle accelerating away from a main roundabout as a Golf GTD sails past on a bone dry day? Well it happened to me!
Michelin PS4: Heavy tramping of the front wheels with more than 60% throttle (50% wet) in 1st from a standstill and throughout 1st rev range once moving.
Does not tramp or wheel spin in second at all.
No chance to light up traction control in 3rd when you floor it below 3000 revs.
Chance of the back end kicking out hard when giving it 2/3 throttle accelerating away from a main roundabout as a Golf GTD sails past on a bone dry day? Zero.
There's a big radio advertising campaign telling you how excellent Turanzas are at the moment. Makes me laugh every time I hear.
