Congrats!
A few questions:
Which dealership was it from?
When did you order it?
What custom spec was it?

Parkway Group

Ordered two weeks ago, it was a car they had in stock.

It’s black pearl paint, upgraded alloys, light and sight pack and parking sensors - oh and randomly smoking park :?

Ah. That explains the quick delivery.
How’s the car in general? Is it how you expected it?

Well literally driven it from dealers to Home in the snow. Downgraded from a 6C GTI so obviously a lot slower, but I did expect this. It’s a well built car and the interior is very smart. Apple CarPlay is great as well.

So far I’ve chsnged the interior bulbs to bright white LED and getting rear windows tinted tomorrow

That will be one of the initial launch stock as that’s the same spec I’ve just getting as a demonstrator but in energetic orange. :D

1.0 in petrol. Had a good drive in it today, it’s a very good comfortable drive. Very very quiet

Ordered mine on 16th Feb and expecting to receive it in the next week or two, still in transit stage.

I’ve gone for the same spec as you, but with DSG (which I’ve never had before so hoping it’ll be good) and in energetic orange. Switching over from Hyundai i20 basic spec, so this is a massive upgrade for me 👍

One question: what was Apple Carplay activation like? I’ve heard it can be troublesome?
