Cup holders

Post by joshcoopster »

Hey all, I've been looking and I'm interested in perhaps getting a 115 polo.

However one area which I really don't like are the cup holders. How do they perform with various types of bottles / fast food cup drinks as the funny shape doesn't seem as though it'd hug the sides aswell as others?

I'm not sure about the Hexagonal shaped none adaptive cup holders either. Once my Polo arrives I'll be on a mission to find a travel mug that fits snugly within the hexagonal shape.

I don't like them. They hold a can of beer okay. I should add that it was unopened. But they don't hold my thermos which was specially chosen to fit 'standard' cup holders.

Although they are strange shape and in my opinion the cheapest looking part of the car, I’ve had no issues with any drink I’ve tried.
