I wasn’t 100% sure what would be compatible with what when I was first looking. Just to say that the VW oem roofbars are very similar to Thule in terms of bar section profile.
Here’s pic of my genuine VW roofbars with 3 X Thule ProRide 591 cycle carriers fitted.
