Good, show them you have some balls. It is the responsibility of the dealership to rectify the situation, p*** poor if they don't.grudgey wrote: ↑Fri Jan 11, 2019 7:50 amI agree.monkeyhanger wrote: ↑Thu Jan 10, 2019 5:17 pm You'll get nowhere chasing for vandalism. The car wasn't bought and paid for by you when it happened. As far as you're concerned, the dealerships car was vandalised, which you then bought.
Your complaint lies with the dealership, you had no direct contact or dealings with the valeter.
So far I have only pursued an apology and thorough removal of my extra penis.
Neither has occured as of today.
Hence I'm getting annoyed.

Re: ROGUE VALETER
In addition to the ones on the windscreen? Sorry couldnt help myself
Fully agree though, its entirely down to the dealership to resolve this situation as they have contracted the valeter to do the work on the car you have bought.

On the flip side of all this, its an excellent story to share.
Dare I say, it needs photographic evidence

Re: ROGUE VALETER
I didn't read the fully the circumstances where the OP took delivery of the car, then noticed the unwanted 'design'. Reckon it's covered under 'not given the opportunity to fully view the car at time of purchase', or words to that effect, as the 'design' wasn't apparent until the windscreen was being demisted....
