There is a clause like that on their website and in the brochures/price lists.
In the mean time i found both a £100 "resonator delete pipe", basically a ready to fit pipe that goes in place of the resonator.
Interestingly enough there's also a full MIlltek resonated OPF-back system for £700 which I'm also considering.- I'm not to sure if I'm handy enough to do it myself or if that somehow ruins my warranty

A) Keep the equipment on the car upon returning it.
or
B) Return the car to its factory condition before returning it.
It doesn't specify what equipment it does or doesn't include, so the way I see it, an exhaust is completely within reason. Obviously you can't do an ECU tune as this violates the law (in Denmark) but changing the exhaust with something there's even ECE-approved doesn't.
Now is it stupid to spend 6000kr/£700 on an exhaust on a car you dont own and only get to keep for 3 years. Yeah it probably is, so the reasonable thing is the resonator delete, and then having it done so it's atleast somewhat easy to return to factory spec if you get tired of the drone.
