Re: Activation Of Rear DRL Tailight
Thank you! Any issues applying this setting in conjunction with auto exterior lights?

The coding information I found on the internet.
I am gradually discovering what can or cannot be changed in our GTI...
Update - This can be done with Carista ‘Scandinavian DRL’ and works awesome in conjunction with auto-headlights.

Re: Activation Of Rear DRL Tailight
But ‘Scandinavian DRL’s’ basically puts the side/ position lights on all the time this will include all interior lights in the switch’s etc which is tiresome at best.
The better way is to code each rear position lamp to be active with front drl’s.

This is how the option reads in Carista - as far as I was aware, in daytime it’s just my rear DRLs running which is what I was after, but now I have doubts? Which other lights are running in tandem?

Re: Activation Of Rear DRL Tailight
I have tried this mod via OBDeleven ‘Scandinavian DRL’s’ and it does turn on the position lights which includes front drl’s on 6C polo.also on seat Ibiza and Skoda Octavia all the same results.
From your image I suspect it will also do the same as it states parking lights? Guess you will have to try it and see?

I think it is front and rear DRLs, which is what I was after, I have auto lights and the front DRLs are always on in any caseCarbonChaos wrote: ↑Tue Feb 04, 2020 9:39 pm I have tried this mod via OBDeleven ‘Scandinavian DRL’s’ and it does turn on the position lights which includes front drl’s on 6C polo.also on seat Ibiza and Skoda Octavia all the same results.
