I think that is a bundle with the alarm... At least in Portugal the alarm option also included the description of the safelock.

I think not there is no info. Safe lock in the display and it is possible in my car to open the doors inside, and I press the command button 1 time only.

Do you know if it is necessary to install any component or even an alarm? I still haven't found information on the net to see if it is possible to activate the safe lock.

I don't know for sure what needed. For the OEM probably it needs, besides the equipment installation, to change some parameter in the car computer. An aftermarket alarm can talk to the car computer but I doubt that would activate the safelock.
Because of the problems I had with the aftermarket alarm I had in the previous car (installed by the dealership) I paid to have the factory alarm without second thought.
The alarm, parking sensors and camera where extras that need to come from factory to avoid all the problems I had before
