Just bought VW branded USB to Micro USB

I had been looking for some shorter leads but of good quality. Cheap ones can be high resistance. One perfectly good 'looking' lead let me charge a phone at only .3 amps whilst another original phone lead charged at .9 amps from the same outlet (it is only a 1 amp charger)

These are right angled too! £2.50 inc post!

PS.. Most of my electronics have micro USB connections but I have some small Micro USB to USB -C adapters in the car for these leads when needed.. still give good current through them too.

I got one for free from the dealer when I collected my car last year. Never had any issues with it and it’s the ideal length for connecting the phone to the USB port when it’s in the cubby space below the heater controls.
