Hi mate, it's not actually my car. It's FaMeL's on here (hope he doesn't mind).
It is lowered on coils, but by how much I don't know.

I'm saving up for either VW (BBS) Santa Monica or Montreals for mine :)

Have you lowered this car? Looks awsome! Thinking about getting some of these wheels in black? I have the same model Polo and looking for some wheels :)
Looks like it's been lowered on coilovers bud :)
what size tyres are they?

When I bought mines they came off a golf and most of the time if your buying montys 2nd hand, most likely it will have golf tyres which are something like 215/55, basically balloon tyres. I changed them over to 195/45. Back then I didnt know any better, wish i had opted for 205/40. Slightly wider and pretty much the same side profile.

thanks for the info mate, think i read somewhere 45 profile on 205, mines on coilovers so probably wont matter much.

Can someone lend a hand, I need some information regarding 16 inch wheels on 9n's.

Is this a sensible decision? I really like the look of these rims and they would fit a 205/45/16 tyre that also came on the car as standard as an option. I like the look of the car that's pictured above (onlydiesels). Is the driving quality in any way reduced? I know it's not an S class, i'm thinking about going over bumps and such. The roads around where I live are quite decent unless you go through a worksite. So can someone please chime in before I spend 300+euros on rims that won't suit the car. Thank you!!
