17439 Polo 1.4 fsi

Post by Beautifolds »

Hi all.... First time here so be gentle.

Ive got a 2003 polo 1.4 fsi and ive got the dreaded 17439 code ( Yes i had to buy vagcom) . Ive been stripping it down and ive found the problem, the vacumn pump attaches to a rotating lug by the throttle position sensor, but the rotating lug has broken. Now the problem lies is that the part number for my Lower Intake manifold is 03c133204D, but do you think i can find one.... NOT A CHANCE... can find AA or AB at the end but not D...
Does anyone know if any others will fit my engine.. Think its an AU engine code.

Many thanks
mick

Ok, so it was superseded to 03c 133 204 G, which then superseded to 03C 133 204 AC, which superseded to 03C 133 204 AH

Hi. Thanks again for your replies... so your saying the "AH" one will fit ??
I was just worried that because they are different versions etc that it would be different

Thanks

Correct. You may need to replace a couple of pipes though, so let me know if things don't link up correctly

Just wanted to update you good folks on here, I bought said inlet manifold and everything was the same except where the injectors fitted. That machine part in raised compared to my old inlet manifold, but I managed to remove the rod and flaps from new manifold and swap them into old manifold, so managed to find a solution in the end, and thank you for all your help.
