Done front pads and discs everything tight but now when I touch the brakes I to slow down I can hear a clicking/slightly bang noise from them any1 else had this problem after doing pads and discs

Humm, I hope that you have bought "quality brand" of parts, Pagid/Textar always works for me, also did you clean up the fist of the calliper?

Yes pagid was what I used and cleaned everything was not in any rush

Did you put copper grease on the sliders and the shim plates? Sounds like the pads are sticking

Yes put it on all the usual parts it only happens below 20mph
