I wanna try to change starter motor I see hella is not expensive , cost about 150 pounds, perhaps solve

The starter has nothing to do with the glow plugs. Hella is a good make however

Vw service told me friday that temperature those days on spain is not enough lower to activate glows.
they say too I must check ground wire to battery to earth and starter motor

That’s the one. Normally just removing it and cleaning it’s mounting points is enough unless the wire is physically damaged

You’ll be able to order that from the dealer

That is why I posted the little elec diagram from the Vauxhall Vectra glow plug modification,the vectra suffered from the same problem in that the glow plugs did not operate until below +4 deg c , but as the engines got older they needed the glow plugs to get a good start at warmer temps.

Dear alex perkins cold start issue solved!!!!!!
Yesterday I changed the starter motor for a new one brand HELLA 8EA 011 610-091 2 kw.
I cleaned ground wire and now the engine starts perfect cold or warm,
The rotation speed is huge and now the engine starts in one or two seconds.
I recommended that starter motor I bought on amazon for only 100€

You are welcome. The old one must’ve been too weak to provide enough of a crank when cold
