Re: Alloy wheel centre caps
I like 5 spoke wheels on cars with 5 fixing bolts, also they are easy to clean, I was wrong in saying my other wheel centres are for Melbourne 2, there probably were never any Melbourne 2 wheels, only Montreal 2 which were fitted to some Golfs, Montreal wheels were fitted to all "V" B5 Passats, like V5, V6 2.8 petrol and V6 3.0TDI. Now these Montreals were 5 spoke but 5 double spoke so not as easy to clean, I bought a set of 5 spoke Audi Aero wheels for summer use on the 2000 VW Passat 4Motion.

I think you are correct, I'm sure my father had Montral wheels on his 52 plate Golf mk4 2.0 GTi.RUM4MO wrote: ↑Mon Dec 17, 2018 5:54 pm I like 5 spoke wheels on cars with 5 fixing bolts, also they are easy to clean, I was wrong in saying my other wheel centres are for Melbourne 2, there probably were never any Melbourne 2 wheels, only Montreal 2 which were fitted to some Golfs, Montreal wheels were fitted to all "V" B5 Passats, like V5, V6 2.8 petrol and V6 3.0TDI.
