Drivers window switches

Intermittant drivers door window switches not working in most of the four positions for both drivers and passenger windows. Passenger door switch works the passenger window fine.
Took the switch apart and found slight contact burning on the circuit board. Cleaned with contact cleaner, improved but not perfect.
Decided to completely remove the switch rocker arms and polish the circuit board contact area with tooth paste. This worked very well, contact area now shinny with no burn marks.
Refitted and all positions now work without fault.
