I'm new here. I've come here plenty of times for informations and ideas but today I registered an account because I need help on a very specific problem.

Context :
I live in France and car regulations are very strict but they do have flaws.
For exemple:
Non-OEM or tempered anti-pollution systems will get your car inpounded.
As long as it's OEM and pass the emissions standards tests it's ok !

The project :
I am currently modifying a 2017 vw polo match (6c1) with the 1.2L tsi 16v (CJZC) and the DQ200 gen2 (0cw).
My current mod is a bigger turbo. But bigger turbo need bigger flow so bigger exhaust diameter (the 1.2L came with a 50 mm)
So I'm looking for a bigger OEM exhaust system that can attach to the 92mm turbo v-band flange ( correct me if I'm wrong ).
The turbo is a hybrid turbo made from the 1.4L .
From provided specs it should be able to make 290 hp ( not on that engine obviously ) and I'm aiming at 200 hp or more.

Help :
To find a suitable OEM exhaust I need the help of the community to list infos on possible exhaust systems.

I'm looking for an OEM exhaust that has the 92mm turbo back flange on the downpipe.

Can anyone share their OEM exhaust specs ?

Thank you for the lead.

I just had a look and unfortunately the 1.4L EA211 engines (like the CPTA and CZEA ) seams to max out at 55mm in exhaust diameter. It's fine for 150 to ~170 hp.

According to a post I have memory of I should be looking for 63 to 76mm exhaust.
I have seen some performance exhaust for 2.0L sizing at 76mm.
Should be enough for ~300hp.

Maybe EA888 engines have the same turbo placement and flange size so I could fit a 1.8L - 2.0L exhaust downpipe.

A Blue GT will easily do 200hp with a stock exhaust.

The R WRC was delivered with 60mm and did 350hp with that.
It does have its turbocharger on the rear of the engine, but it's a different engine config from your 1.2 TSI. So mix and match might be tricky.

Thank you for the info. I didn't know that 60mm could be enough.

If someone could check if the downpipes have the same bends it would be great as I don't have access to one.

And don't worry tricky will do. I'm running porsche 996 brake calipers, home designed air/air intercooler piping that adds lowend response.
If it almost fits I'll make it fit.

With that said I'll start looking for a 60mm if possible as I noticed that I have a lot of back pressure over 5000rpm.

Little update on where I'm at.

Downpipe wise I have found a golf 7 / seat leon 5f 1.2l/1.4l tsi downpipe that seams to have almost the same mount points and bends that mine has. I'll still need to check if it fits ( I plan to use a junkyard one for it. cheap enough ).
The downpipe I found is a HJS 90 95 1120.

It's ECE R103 tested, has a 200 cpsi stainless steel catalyst and is 60mm.

For the cat-back exhaust I'm looking at the Friedrich FR-12419-981444-X (http://friedrich-motorsport.com/index.p ... etfp97v1xi).
It's 63.5mm , 100% inox and I just had confirmation that it is ECE homologate.
Unfortunately they don't know the noise level of the exhaust.

So here I ask again for help.
Does anyone have that cat-back installed ?
Could you check the noise level of it ?
If you don't have one, what cat-back do you run that's ECE approuved ?
