Do 9n wing mirrors fold in?
Do 9n wing mirrors fold in?
This might sound like a daft question but do they? I've tried pushing them in but they seem a bit stiff and didn't want to break them off
side mirrors
yeah they do.....wish it was at the flick of a button tho
It is a shame that our Polos don't have the convenience feature some cars have, whereby the mirrors can be set to fold in when you take the key out of the ignition and lock the car as you leave. Its a nice touch IMO. If my neighbour's 3½-year old Laguna has it fitted, why not VWs?
Came back to my car after work one day (parking arrangements are that the staff use the Cineworld carpark across the road, very much out of sight) to find that my driver's side mirror had been pushed about halfway in thankfully no other damage so must have been a clumsy passenger getting into the car next to mine - despite the fact that I reverse-park on the end of a row and leave as much space as possible on the driver's side, and none on the passenger side (the end of the row)!
Carelessness is a b*tch

I agree, for the amount of money you pay for the polo it would be nice to have electric folding in mirrors but then again I wouldn't swap it for any other small car!
I think the new Passat has the convenience feature but I think I would prefer a button to press to fold them in rather than them folding in automatically
