I guess looking at your sig pic, the suspect wheel is on the passenger side?

What is the issue, just a bad colour match?

Re the condensation issue, has anyone tried silicon? It is used to absorb moisture. Place a bag as close as you can to the suspect headlight unit in the engine bay (say overnight (remove before driving)). If moisture is getting in somehow, it will also be able to get out.

Ref: the condesation in the headlamp -

When you buy a new pair of trainers there is always a couple of little bags of silicone or something in there, if you put that in the area of your headlight (not too close to the bulbs!!) it will eliminate all condensation.

An easy solution! I've never tried, but is meant to work!

If they done the work and its failed already they should definately be paying to put it right, they should have some sort of guarantee for the work. If not i'm sure there's some sort of legal obligation you could wave at them, I don't see how they could make any excuse for it failing ?
