Window tints,,,, how much would you pay?

(I have a 5 door )i'm looking for fairly dark on the back and rear doors, and possibly a light tint on the fronts, depending if it costs more, anyone have a rough estimate? I 'm looking to get either tints or a BMC this month and dunno which one to go for!

I can get tints done here for 140 quid full on a 3 door model, not that I intend on doing so

same here Â£140 3d, think its 190-200 for a 5d, i wish mine werent tinted but they were already on the motor and havent got round to strippin it of yet.

Have you thought of doing the tint yourself?
Im sure it can't that hard to do if you get a pre-cut kit. Ive seen them on ebay for Â£20-30.

If I were you i'd spend the cash on the BMC. I've never regretted getting mine.

I was Â£195 for my tints from tinthaus.....but that was like nearly 2 years ago

i paid 140 quid for my tints this mornin

it looks so much better, the black wheels dont look so out of place, i'll get some pics up soon....

dont try and fit tints yourself, they will look gash guaranteed!

I have no idea on prices in tints...but was wonderin what levels the two red cars have got above? I have a black 3 door and dunno if i want em or not yet....

cheers guys. yeh i just got a discount price at 110 quid! getting them done 2moro night, a medium grade, I got a black car rupy i'll post some pics when i get it done.

Mines is Dark on the tailgate, medium on the rear doors and light on the front door which are all totally legal.

remember when getting tints that the gti windows already have a slight tint on them, so when you pic your shade it might just push them over the light limit

I paid 180 quid to get my window tinted all round in my 3 door Polo Gti.

They were medium smoke all round

And he only listed the back windows on my receipt as tinting the front ones were illegal and were done at my own risk plus at the time the coppers were clamping down on it in Aberdeen

I weny for dark on the rears and medium on the front.....thought it blended in well with the red
