I shall be in Nurburg as from 17:30 tomorrow, gotta leave my house at half 11 to catch the train, check in opens at 13:15 then fly at 15:15.

All ready for the main event which is on Sunday at 13:30 where I shall be in one of these

I can't wait

What an experience that was, I'd definately recommend it to anyone if you can get a ticket for it, they don't brake until the last minute but brake hard when they do, then it's straight back on the power sqealing round every corner

It's made me decide to go over there in the GTi next year

The cars there are unbelievable, it's worth going there just to see them. I saw everything from TVR's, Audi R8's (2 of which I saw on the track, and they sound awesome) Porsche GT3's, GT3 RS', 911 Turbo's and a Carrera GT, Ferraris, Lamborghinis, AMG Mercedes, Escort Cosworths, Focus RS' and loads more.

There was a hell of a lot of bikes there as well.

The Ring Taxi ticket was 185 Euro's but worth every penny IMO, it carries you and 2 other people so split between 3 it's not too bad.

They go on sale again in December (30 tickets every Monday I think) but sell out within a minute so you have to be VERY quick.

I know at one point we hit about 130mph and took a few bends at over 100mph
