can someone give me some wbsite coding adivce please??

im trying to make a wbsite that has an identical background image on every page, how can i do this without having a proper slow website and using up massive amoiunts of bandwidth? heres an idea of what im on about http://www.leonalewismusic.co.uk with a high res image set as the background. cheers
