Aerials.

Post by jackthelad1990 »

Just wondering, if people with different aerials (Bee-sting,shark fins etc) could post some picks up to see what they look like, and where they got them from. My aerial has randomly gone, probs knicked and not sure what one to get... Cheers for any help! :D

was easy but the wires aren't made for a polo.
i bought it off a guy on here who makes them, he has a lupo but cant remember his name lol.

other that that once i recieved it i painted it and a simple mod, i didn't even take down the headlining. mine needs repainting as it's started to crack thouhg, but thats cuz i had a hole in my roof so i was rushing lol

I had the Enfigg one on mine. A bit like the Honda S2000 one that Josh mentioned apart from the Enfigg one sits flush with the base of the aerial where the S2000 one over hangs the base and looks a bit stupid.

I now have the shark fin one like pip's but I find the reception from it is a lot worse so if you like your harder to get radio stations then it's probably not the way forward. I can still get Radio 1 fine so I'm not fussed.

My Enfigg one was find, there was no change in signal.

Got mine from the above link, took about 10 days to arrive, it cost me about £12 but all depends how strong the £ is to the $ lol. And yeah it just screws in

You can see how small they are, but you got to imagine in on an smaller vw base...but yeah really tiny 8)

It is as and unscrewable one, you wouldnt have that base.
