Good points:
Usual stuff power steering, electric windows, central locking
Service book stamped upto 104365 miles previous owners friends of family and always serviced by themselves from then
I gave it full service about 800 miles ago new plugs, filters, oil etc and got new rear shoes to put on all genuine VW parts with receipts
Cam belt etc was done at 99k from what can gather from service book
Got quite alot of receipts, service inspection sheets and previous MOT sheet
Clean inside and out
Had new genuine VW lower arms and bushes fitted in April 08
New flat aero windscreen wipers
Cd player and JBL speakers couple of months old
Has the dark dash not horrid light grey one
Owned nearly 9 months not one problem used daily great runner
Bad points:
Small damage to drivers side rear quarter panel
Slight crease in bonnet not really noticeable
Some rust spots on front doors back doors are rust free
Minor fag burn on drivers seat last 2 owners didnt smoke and i never let anyone smoke inside
