Re: Josh_Polo Blue Polo *UPDATED* 16/02/09
I havnt been on here in AGES!!!
Jesus!
Right so heres the updates after a long absence!
Had a problem with one of the coilover mounts snapping whilest on a round about FAIL!
Fianlly got round to stripping the damage down and got some pics for everyone, luckly iv only done the drive shaft stearing rod lower arm and coilys
Repairable?
Busted CV boot and drive shaft
f****d lower arm
Busted coily mount...
So its now fixed and currently sitting like this -
Excuse the front wheels (being refurbed)
Whilest it was f****d and took to cleaning the engine bay, only a 1.4 but f**king shiney and clean (pic dont do it justice at all )
And this weekend i got work on my boot build #2 stil wip but looks good atm
Right as some of you may know, the other night a 60yr old crahsed into the side of my whilest i was on a round about...
blah blah long story short, the bloke came out today and after paying £1400 for the car, his giving me £1500 to repair it, and after checking it over, i need another new lower arm a door and a wing, can prob both pick these cheap up from a breakers, then off to get sprayed
It then went for body work...
I baught a 16v front bumper and smoothed both top and bottoms vents aswell as the plate recess...
I also picked up some oz tubros off Derm but they need refurbing...
and heres how it stands atm

Sorry to hear about the prang. Did see your car jacked up outside yours for a while.
Latest pics look pukka, might have to take a drive down there myself for a shoot. By waterloo station right. Shame about the old alloys, they looked great on it.
