Comes with the control box, and all required wiring. Unit needs to be plugged in and grounded. Been in my car for the last year and hasn't put a foot wrong.
Only 'bad' point is the connector between the ipod lead and the control box. It was originally a square connector, but I reshaped it with a stanley knife to make it round so that it would fit through a smaller hole in my dash. It still works perfectly well and isn't visible when using the Xcarlink, but it's obviously not showroom condition.
