agree. I once met a memember of the U.K side of the team that produced Shells V-power (We were on jury duty together and were both geologists and got talking as nerds do) and he mentioned that this was exactly the case, they use different initial raw products for different areas globally and this has a knock on effect on the v-power (and all petroleum products). He was careful to mention also that the differences were only very small and that the product was, of course, of exceptional quality... ha.

And a very good reason for not putting in 95 on a regular basis :?
