Don't go cheap on the coilovers
Wheels 16 or 17

Yes the I believe the wheels fit but wiring is not easy apparently.

But you should choose wheel size as it's your car really lol

Be surprised how cheap you can get some twists these days especially I'd they need some tlc theyre fair cheap but a lot of them are fairly wide wheel sets which can scrub

Do be aware that if you choose to declare these mods, some insurers will charge an astronomical premium, and that's before they factor in than you're 17 with zero no claims. Insurance is set to rise by around 50% for young drivers, with many already being given totally unaffordable premiums which leaves them effectively without a car.

Just sayin', if you haven't bought this car yet its probably worth at least doing a comparison site search to see some ballpark figures of insurance estimates before you fire into the modifications.

Oh and 16s sit on a 9n nicely and don't look lost in the wheel arches which my 15s often do, 17s give even more presence :D

I have had this problem. For the first 2 years I was bad and didn't declare any mods. Essentially this means I'm not covered but now I have declared them with my insurer an sone respec the fact you've takentine an are of your motor and even lowered my premium from a standard car. For the first couple of years I say stick standard though for safety
