Quick update and just for a bit of fun, we put the Polo on our new Dynocom 5000 rollers.. Completely stock AHW (75bhp, standard panel filter, ignition, exhaust etc). The only thing it is running is one of our ECU remaps (www.premiertuning.com for info)

Car has 125k miles and runs on V Power Petrol only. I was expecting it to be down on power due to the mileage, but it surprised me at almost 83bhp ;) The 8bhp gain we quote is pretty achievable.

Drop me a line on [email protected] if you want further info on the services we provide.

;) Hardly formula 1 car performance I know, but it's almost a 10% gain on a small-ish normally aspirated engine and I think is testament to VW engineering that it's been tuned for a year with over 120k miles on it and hasn't missed a beat ;)
