Yeah it came ok mate, was a bit stuck in the cloth thing you wrapped it in and its left some marks on the bottom that I cant get to shift but other than that its not damaged.

Ah what a shame, I suppose the only way around it is to spray the bottom again but tbh you will never see I I suppose.

Had a fairly busy weekend fitting a few little bits and pieces to the polo:

Black Mirror:

New Indicator (The original one had gone "foggy"):

and best mod of the weekend.....Cruise Control Fitted:

The cruise control was a bit of a pain to do as when I took the wheel off to fit the stalk, the ABS slip ring fell into pieces and I had to spend about 45 minutes fixing it and putting it back together.

I am amazed at how well the cruise control works and was really easy to "code" with Vagcom.

Just some 1.0mm cable from halfords, was way too big though to be honest, struggled with it at the ECU end

Wow great update Neil.

Your interior looks nothing like the how it left the factory. Real jealous.

Whats that aerial for above the mirror? Id personally relocate that into the A pillar (theres loads of space behind it, and it won't compromise the reception)
