MFD NAVI SYSTEM - HELP

Hi there bought this - and ived fitted to my polo 6n2 - I need help though what other leads do I need and also the satnav, is it meant to be as below screen, im new to this and have no idea what im doing - ived a 6 disc changer and need some advise where best to put this or should I invest in an Ipod and is this possible ect....

I know the 6n2 normally has the cd changer in the boot as the panel not visible unless in the boot has a cut out to the left if the car came with the cd changer fitted if I'm right? As for the gps I'm not really sure but I'll have a browse as I know sometimes it's linked to the ecu
