FS: Volkswagen Coat Hanger

Post by Dom. »

This coat hanger is easily installed on the front head restraints. It is ideal for keeping coats and jackets crease free and integrates perfectly into the vehicle interior.

I had it in my Polo 9n but dont fancy putting it in the Golf. It will fit all VW seats with head restraints but not buckets like on the Mk5 R32.

VW Part No. 00V061127

Cost £30 new. (excluding handling)

Will do it for 20 shipped, or make me an offer.

Are the seats able to fold forward without the hanger hitting the middle pillar? I had this problem with a generic car seat coat hanger.

Good question mate. My polo was a 3 door but the drivers seat mech was busted so I never folded it forward.
The polo is gone now so I cant really test it on the passenger side either. If I tried it on the Golf it wouldn't really give you a definitive answer.
If you are interested though, I will measure the span for you?

I've read up on them a bit and the official guff recommends that with a 3-door you remove the hangar when it's not being used.

Nevermind mate, but I'll recommend this to a friend on here (Dan) with a 5 door who will probably have it.
