Right decision? 6n2 audio

Post by paulsands1234 »

Picking up some focals for my 6n2 tomorrow so i've decided its probably time to upgrade the headunit too, done a fair bit of research and narrowed it down to this alpine cde-175r

http://www.alpine-europe.com/p/Products ... 9/cde-175r

My only issue is that there arn't many/ any reviews or videos of this headunit on the internet, am i missing a cheaper or more popular alternative or does it look good enough to do the job? (ipod classic controll through a rear usb)

Would be great to get peoples thoughts, especially if there are any suitable alturnatives that offer a similar range of features and connections for around the £130 mark

Cheers!

Does look like a good head unit

Another to consider is the pioneer deh 8400bt

Its a very capable radio indeed with 2 rear USB and Bluetooth too.

Okay thanks for the help Alex, think im going to go with the alpine just because of the physical preset radio buttons on the bottom.

If im fitting an aftermarket head unit what else do i need to buy to fit it?
(ie. aerial booster and wiring harnesses)
Sorry for all the questions don't want to forget an important part

Cheeers :)
