Any one got LED tail lights?
Any one got LED tail lights?
Seen on eBay a company selling LED tail lights in a Golf GTI style that seem to be reasonably prices at £134.99 including delivery.

Question is does any one have them on here or have a photo of some lit up at night? Quite fancy a set as it goes.

Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
Yes from the pictures they do look a little cheap. Really need to see them fitted and working at night
Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
Yeah to be fair I don't think that photo would do them any justice. If only someone would kindly gamble their £130 for the benefit of the rest of us.

Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
I may email the seller and ask if I am not happy with them can I send them back. It's a shame a they look pretty OEM just think they will look a bit pants lit up at night.

Any one got LED tail lights?
Has anyone replaced the halogen bulbs for LEDs?
Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
Hmm they don't look too bad turned on tbh, but those were the golf version in the video... they also do a smoked version but only for LHD. Would it make a difference getting it for a RHD car?
Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
The fog light and reverse are the wrong way round on LHD drive cars.

Re: Any one got LED tail lights?
That wont work. Because there is just one bulb in each taillight for det main red light which uses reflectors to get the light around inside the taillights. (quite clever actually)chrispy. wrote:Has anyone replaced the halogen bulbs for LEDs?
But if you put in a LED bulb the light wont do the same as the light from the LED's comes from just a few fixed points and not the whole bulb as it is now.
Those are original VW led taillights... You can't in any way compare them to the aftermarket LED lights you found for the Polo.JayW wrote:Hmm they don't look too bad turned on tbh, but those were the golf version in the video... they also do a smoked version but only for LHD.
