GTI PCH/Lease deals.

Post by Nightingale95 »

Hi all.

I have ordered my GTI on lease and just curious to what others are paying?

Details are 3dr, DSG, White paint and the sports performance pack.

I am paying £1800 initial and £200/Month for 2 years. This include full maintenance and 10,000 miles per year.

Thanks
Jake

VW Polo GTi 5dr manual
Armrest
Smokers pack
Front Passenger Airbag deactivation
Light & Sight Pack
Winter Pack
Parking Pack
Car-Net App Connect

On 2yrs PCH @ 10,000mpa & 4.44p mileage penalty with +3 of £757.98

£252.66 pcm.

I'm basically paying for options list but it's the 4.44 mileage penalty that drew me in and only 3+

Select Car Leasing. Really good service. Is yours PCH or PCP? I assume PCP due to the maintenance?

No mate mine is PCH. I know adding Dsg wasn't cheap though.

Ah got my Ps confused. They don't do maintenance on a car you might keep. PCP. Your deal with DSG is a good un.

It was the best deal I could find at the time. I remember seeing the deal you have got on hot uk deals a few days after I ordered mine. I'm sure it will all be worth it in March!

I ordered mine through Neva Direct, I wanted to get under a certain budget so the options had to stay away :P

What's difference between PCH and PCP?

Is PCP more expensive as it's through VW dealerships? I'm paying £225/m for a BGT (10k/ year) with £4,000 deposit

PCP means you can purchase the car at the end of your agreement. Whereas PCH you have to hand the car back. PCH is largely cheaper but it depends on the deal. You have to remember with PCP you are paying off against the vehicle's depreciation as well.

VW said to me that on PCP I don't have to purchase the vehicle, I can give it back and put it towards another one?

My GFMV is like £8000 odd I think

Correct you are given the choice basically. It's reasonable value if like me you're not great at saving and you'll likely stay with one finance company. So VAG finance gives you the option of VW as well as Audi, Skoda and Seat. Plus Lamborghini/Porsche if you went really mad :)
