You already have the permanent plus (RVC), ground (RVC or somewhere else) and ground-if-hatch-is-open (T5/1)

Edit:
maybe a set of 8KD 947 411 next to the lock as well

Will you have enough space to fit it?

Rear Puddle lights? , but you need automatic tail gate. (check out diagrams and ETKA, maybe it's possible)

I could not find it in ETKA yet (not sure what I'm looking for though, gas springs or electrical motors) but it's very comforting to know that many of the electrical components of the T6 are resistant to boiling hot temperatures up to 125C. Most people stop at around 45-50 degrees for longer times.

I think it is related with doors units besides BCM and RLS. 'Rain closing' does not work in my R-line with the same BCM and RLS. In study...Image

Hi ciclo, some amazing work you've put into the polo, you seem to be very knowledgable when it comes to electrical wizardry  apologies for cantacting on thread but I cannot pm just yet, I have a t5 and could do with some of your knowledge as the polo and t5 operate in similar ways.

Regards

Great news ciclo [emoji106] I have a my15 T5 highline and will be retrofitting lane assist, bi-xenons, RLS, heated sets etc, I see that you retrofit the t6 BCM into the polo (7E0 937 090), will it work with xenons? All I can see in etka is listed with halogen or led. Also Is there anything extra in instrument cluster to add? I believe there is no convenience menu? I have this cluster installed Image

Yes, the 7E0 937 090 BCM should work with bi-xenons as well. ciclo has it in his polo and his polo has the OEM bi-xenon headlights. the reason the bi-xenon is not listed in etka for the T6 is simply, because the T6 does not come with bi-xenon. It only comes with halogen or full LED headlights ;)
about the cluster, i don't know that.

Thanks for the reply iichel, would you say to use coding from 7H0 bcm for xenons or will it be listed in long coding? Is there any specific prefix after part no 7E0 937 090 * ***?

Thanks

Yes and no. With every BCM it is possible to install OEM bi-xenons. But the best way is to operate the LED through the BCM so they will dim when set to parking lights mode.
In that case, the 087B will not work, you will need a 089 or a 090.

It will not be listed but i'm sure some people here, including myself, will be able to assist you with it.
