Remove DLR Cover

How do I change the DLR's bulb? Do I remove the black cover with chrome line?

Theres 2x T30 bolts
Remove these .... then light should just slide out ..... disconnect wiring harness then remove black rubber cover then bulb just turns 90° and comes out its a H7
