Location of blower resistor pack

Post by Neilfreshwater »

Hi folks. I'm trying to locate the blower resistor pack on by 2012 TDI 1.2. I've got the glovebox out and but can't seem to see it. There's lots of info on the older models but not the 2009+. Anyone know where it is? Thanks.

Hi folks sorry to drag up an old post from 2016.. currently have glovebox out and sound deadening material etc etc and trying to replace heater resistor but finding it incredibly difficult to get to with my big hands and get enough pressure on it to actually remove it. Am I being daft and have missed something obvious or do I need to use a bit of brute force? Any suggestions?

I'm trying to rotate it 30 degrees or so to remove but it doesn't want to budge.

Cheers
