Please tell us what you did to the wiring.

It also seems you're using a bit of an outdated version of VCDS (12.12, we are at 17.1 with the latest version). That in itself is no problem. But it might limit your possiblities and DTC database a bit.

Anyways, it would be good if you tell us what you did to the wiring, so we can have a look at what might have gone wrong.

Maybe, it is possible that by reading the point B (all links) you can solve your problems by yourself.

***The first thing*** you have to do is to install new communication lines (CAN) between the instrument cluster and the new BCM. (pair of wires)
https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B2nv91 ... sp=sharing

It is possible to install the BCM 7H0937090D in your Polo, but I would recommend installing a more updated one.

You have to do something like this. It depends ... automatic lights or not.

Hi iichel ,

These errors in VCDS are because I have installed BCM Max but have not completed wiring. I have already got wiring from Ciclo which I need to install.

You must install the adaptation wiring for BCM Max.
viewtopic.php?p=523860#p523234

For example, none of the following adaptation wiring is related to faults in your BCM.
Wiring for light sensor.
Wiring for automatic lights.
Wiring for Bixenon headlights.
Wiring for AFS. (automatic leveling system for Bixenon)

Before you do anything, show us the images required to guide you in the right direction.

Hi Vinayak185 ,

I believe you have only connected 2 wires from BCM to CAN line. This will let you run your car with BCM max and all the lights will function but you will get error in VCDS. Also lights will not be controlled by BCM.

I enable all functions such as auto headlight/ rain sensing wipers you need to complete all wiring.

The auto headlight switch mentioned by you is an independent unit. It has its own sensor and does not work through BCM.

Regards.
