Hey Ciclo!
It's a MIRACLE!!!
When i open my car after work, was nice to see that LH working and when i start moving after few seconds BOOM and high beam emblem appears on IC
And everything is working now! Fog lights, high beam and dimmer!
Happy as never!

Hmm...
Verify that
370 relay (J59 - X-contact relief relay) is properly installed. Push it.
All faults makes me think that this could be the problem.
If it is not the problem check the ignition switch connector T6. (T6/6)

Sometimes terminal 75 is directly activated with terminal 15, or the other way around. But the wiring diagram is clear, T6/6 operates the x-relief relay.

Ignition switch connector?
i have checked Ignition switch connector - looks ok.
i tried to move/shake it - does no t help!
probably it's necessary to remove steering wheel to unplug this connector...

No, it's definitely wrong to isolate. It's connected to the N280 air conditioning pressure regulating valve.
N280 connects to T16i/4 (see diagram 26/5)!
Re-connect it..

New wire to SB40. Isolate old wire.
