What is the pipe that goes into the bulkhead just behind the ABS Pump?

I'm installing a sub into my 1.2 9n3 and was wondering what the pipe is that goes into the bulkhead that's located behind the ABS pump. Looks like a black plastic pipe going through a rubber grommet.

Washer fluid pipe to the rear screen?
