Found them on Aliexpress, the seller reckons are plug and play for a car that came with halogen. Anyone on the forum purchased them?

Yes. they are plug and play for Halogen H7 headlight polo with 10pins connector, but

1) its design for LHD car. so RHD buyers pls beware as you cant simply change the projector cutline.
2) the leds DRL is going to be connected to your small parking light and its not as bright as original bixenon model. and due to lower consumption, you are going to get error warning light for bulb.
3) since it got both the high beam shutter inside the projector, with this, you will get two highbeam lights, the one inside the projector as well as the side H7 light which is ‘cornering’ light in original setup.

In the description, it actually says it's for right hand side...

Ok. if the seller said so, then they already made the headlight for RHD models. back then, (3-4 years ago) its not an option.
