1983 polo lowering springs and wheels

hi i have a 1983 polo coupe any ideas on what size springs id need to lower my car ? and also i want g60 style wheels what would be the best option 15 or 14 inch thanks

14s are best on mk2s. 15s are too big and really screw with the handling
