Hello Everyone greetings from Trinidad and Tobago so I recently converted my 1.4 n/a engine and dsg7 combination to the 1.2tsi czbz and dsg7 gearbox the conversion went well changed everything as it came in a half cut from japan anyways the issue I'm having is that there is a serious misfire when in D the epc light comes on and the tcs light comes on and a cylinder misfire code and cylinder disable code is stored I will have to turn off the car and restart to get the car running good again now the car doesn't misfire if i'm at wide open throttle in any mode or if I'm barely on the throttle in D mode anytime I depress the accelerator for the turbo to build boost in D mode it will misfire and go into limp mode.
Is this the normal behavior of when a coil pack or ht leads are defective? can it be the dreaded turbo shim that is needed (to be honest i did not check to see if it has it installed) or something else the engine and gearbox I got only has 27k kms on it any assistance in the right way to go will be appreciated thanks.

Re: Help with Misfire in D mode
New ht leads would be my guess
Re: Help with Misfire in D mode
Thanks the misfire is there in other modes just not as bad as in D, as in sport mode and tip mode the gears are in a more aggressive ratio the problem is when the car is in D and the car is in a more how should I say relaxed state it will misfire etc unless I lightly tap the accelerator lets say my pedal position is around 15 to 25 percent or if I go 100% anything in between is misfires and fault code territory!
