Yes, I understand what you wrote previously.
First let's see what happens with another J745 unit.

The autoscans Valiseios posted had 087. If the new wiring can work with old BCM you could do an extra test to the J745 module.

It won't be a permanent solution since 087 doesn't cover all functions you want, but you have it already in hand anyway.
For example if you have the same abs unit as the autoscans you posted, you copy the codings they have just for testing
Hello Theodore and Fernando , the test became a disaster , bcm high could not communicate with J745 , look above

I am starting to believe that the problem may be in false module , who knows , will see

You should have connected the Instrument Cluster to the powertrain CAN lines (as factory) to do this test, then Clear all DTC's (many faults will remain, but IC will be reached) and verify if the current J745 unit is recognized once enabled in the GW of factory 6R7 BCM High.
I guess in any case it would not be recognized either.

Tips:
... however, do not modify the electrical installation, be patient, install the new-used J745 unit when you recieve it and cross your fingers so that it is the current J745 unit that is causing problems.
Check all the wiring for the J745 unit again before installing the new-used J745 unit, among all the possibilities of fault this is one that has a large percentage so that the system does not work.

Once the tests have been completed, go to a SK dealer, some type of parameterization in some of the units involved (specific units of your SK Fabia VRS) may be necessary.
I have run out of ideas to try to run the DCLs in your VRS. I wish it had worked, but it hasn't been that way. :|

Thank you Fernando for all the help that you gave me!!!!
Tell me please is it possible to have something wrong in wiring harness ? (diagrams)

No, due to the checks we did and what is shown in Autoscan.

Regarding the interior light switch Vasileios retrofitted from a VW car, doesn't the ambient light sensor in the instrument cluster control the interior brightness in the car?

Or that sensor controls the IC brightness and the radio screen only?

In 6R.
With the light switch in the position '0':
- the IC sensor only the IC.
- the radio sensor only the radio screen.

With the light switch in any position other than '0':
- the dimmer switch, all at the same time, IC, radio screen, lights of switches.

I guess that in Vasilis's Fabia it will be the same as 6R.

I am wondering if the car doesn't have the dimmer switch and the light switch is on a position other than 0.

Will the light sensor on the IC continue control the interior lights? Or in that case the interior lights get on a fixed brightness?

During this time, since the last autoscan you post, I have continued to investigate the faults detected in the IC, GW and 55 (not reached) in your last autoscan.
By doing google searches (copying and pasting the faults in the search) you will see that there are similar problems in different VW models, mainly due to new installations. In some threads of different forums the faults in IC, GW and 55 were solved when they correctly installed the wires.

I imagine, I suppose, that you did the complete electrical installation ??
I mean all the wires for the Dimmer-HRRegulator switch, fusebox, the J745 unit, the new BCM/GW, and the new headlights.

Based on what I learned in the searches I did, I can only recommend that you check the entire electrical installation again. :|
- use the multimeter to check all the wires involved one by one, either to check continuity or voltage.
