Radiator structure repair
I recently crashed my 2007 polo and need to replace the bumper, bonnet and radiator and have fixed it up on my own but the radiator seems to be loose and not connected to anything is there a part I'm missing either attaching it to the bumper or the cross bar? Any advice is helpful

Re: Radiator structure repair
Is the radiator not just dropped down into a couple of slots with compliant rings round them, ie rubber gaskets/rings and the radiator should have a couple of pegs/dowels that locate into these lower locations, the top should also have some sort of easily broken clips or something.

Re: Radiator structure repair
The radiator has 4 rubber fixings which slot onto ‘pegs’ on the radiator these in turn locate into the core support, they are held in place by 4 bolts (one for each) from the front of the car through core support with the bumper off which stop the radiator coming out.
I suspect you have forgot to put these back in place ?
Hope that make sense.
