Polo 6R headlight lights

Hi, I need help with my Polo 1.6 TDI 2009 6R. I would like to change all the bulbs in the front light assembly, except the indicator. I know that my headlight is H4, but the others are a mystery to me. Can someone help me please?

Headlight is indeed H4, the other light is a W5W.
