Re: Polo 6R - Useful Part Numbers
I've got it sorted.
Can someone post scheme for Headlight ( H4) bulb connector? I need locations for high beam, low beam positive (+), and ground.

Re: Polo 6R - Useful Part Numbers
Did anyone port out the duct for air intake ( leading into the air filter)? I mean on the part that is behind the grill ( I looks pretty restrictive)

Re: Polo 6R - Useful Part Numbers
Any tips on removing this sucker? The nut that holds the tie rod end wont budge, and I cant unbolt the tie rod. Tried spraying wd.
The nut clockwise, the tie rod end anti clockwise.
I tried removing tie rod form carrier and than, no luck.

There's one on eBay which comes with all the washer covers etc. . .and it's £495 so no doubt VW is even more expensive!!!!
I still think Im gonna do it though. . .i hope it's a straight swap haha, otherwise i'll end up with a bumper and can't it on as I need new wings or something
And yes. It is a straight swap.

Re: Polo 6R - Useful Part Numbers
Just go to your local VW dealer and give them you VIN number or license plate and they will happily sell you a new one.
