Auto headlight retrofit. VW Transporter. T5 (2010-2015)

Hi,
I did isolate original T73a/45 wire, I forgot to mention that, T73a/45 is a new wire and it goes together with old T17/16 and T73b/7 - is that correct ?
Just to be sure I have not messed up with wires, according to schemes T6 plug for dimmer should have 58d signal on pin5 and it is the same signal that goes to T10/10 ( old T17/17) - checked by multimeter
Maybe I miss understood your scheme
My invention with that relay was only way to make van legal and drivable

Another thing I noticed with T73b/7 when main beam is off there is no current on that wire, but ince I will switch on main beam there is 12v and after switching them off again its not going to 0v, there is all the time 12v untill battery goes flat or untill I disconnect battery myself
Should it be like that ?

At least T6 dashboard and all rewiring went smooth
There is a TIP for someone who wants to do the same:
T5.1 instrument cluster and T6 are the same, just different housing, so if you have highline cluster just get a T6 housing and swap interior - save you some money

It is what you should have done from the beginning, otherwise you bypass the license plate lights diagnostics.

I didnt quite get this one, so should I leave it going through relay or direct to number plate light ?

Should it be like that ?
Yes and No.

It depends on the new position of the light switch after turning off the main lights, on the duration of the 'Coming Home' function (if new position is AUTO) and on removing (taking out) the remote key from the ignition switch. (behavior dependent on BCM coding)

That is, if you turn off the main lights by turning the light switch to position 0, the voltage in T73b/7 should be 0v.

The reference number is correct, but I always recommend buying brand new BCMs because they have totally virgin coding and adaptations.

The usual thing is that everything goes well with the BCM that you show us in the image.

I spent years manufacturing them, but I stopped making this type of wiring and I don't have the materials to make them, I'm really sorry. Thank you very much.
It's not difficult to do these wiring looms ... and it's definitely worth it.

Ok, so I have ran the wiring for the rear xenon level sensor.
Goes from the Xenon level control module under dash/BCM area - up drivers A pillar, follows wiring loom along the roof line - at D pillar it drops down and follows wiring loom for Rear speed sensor, through a grommet with a helpfully spare way in it, behind the rear wheel arch plastic. - Pops out at the level sensor. I have photos which I will upload shortly. Kufatec look to have supplied the wrong plug for the xenon level sensor though which I am well peed off about! Both at them, for apparently suppling the wrong parts and disappointed with my self for not checking earlier! It is either the wrong plug or there are some updated xenon level sensors with different connections or something. photos to follow...
